Sorry this one is a bit late but I have been very distracted. The stress of school and a job is kicking my butt.

I suppose this week I learned (the hard way) how to structure and prioritize my time for optimum efficiency. I have been doing the same tasks in my internship; washing, sweeping, cleaning, organizing, inspections and oil changes. I learned how to pump oil from an oil collector? I learned washing a school bus is extremely difficult, and I learned how to use ever lift in the shop.

hours this week: 25
hours total: 124 1/2

  1. You are coming into something completely different Whitney. You have already learned a lot. Applaud yourself for that. It may seem small and you might be frustrated, but keep going...I think you'll do fine.

When I work out in the field, I too have to sweep, clean, pressure wash equipment and do the 'dirty work'. I actually get some real pleasure doing these things. The whole job is more than tech and electronics...

  2. I am just happy to have the chance to start working for a company I respect. I gladly do the work.
