This week I learned a lot. I learned how to wire a vehicles lights on a complicated simulation. I learned how to do a head gasket on a geo metro. I learned that rust in a cooling system is a sign of a leak in the system. Also I have learned the signs of a failed water pump. I am also dropping the transmission out of another geo. The Pontiac Firebird might have a blown head gasket but we are trying to eliminate all possibilities before taking off the head cause its very tucked back in the car. I intend to get my hands on a pressure tester to save myself some trouble. Till next time….

This week we worked on electrical practice boards with relays. I thought I knew all the things that could go wrong with them by now but I learned a few new problems. I also learned how to find more than one problem in one circuit using multiple methods of detection with my trusty dusty multi-meter.  I also learned how a transistor works and found a really cool video on them.
